Giancarlo is an Emmy Award-winning Art Director and Design Director with over 10 years of experience in motion graphics, VFX, and design. Starting as a freelance motion designer, he joined Nickelodeon where he helped rebrand the network and led major promo campaigns and events like The Kids’ Choice Awards, Kids’ Choice Sports, HALO Awards, and World Wide Day of Play.

His work extends beyond promoting Nickelodeon content. He played a pivotal role in forging an unprecedented partnership with the NFL. This collaboration led to the design of the weekly show SLIMETIME, NFL WILD CARD GAMES, NFL CHRISTMAS GAME, and most recently, SUPER BOWL LVIII.

Under Giancarlo’s leadership, the team’s work on the first-ever simulcast NFL WILD CARD GAME earned Nickelodeon its first SPORTS EMMYS win, a testament to their innovative and impactful design work. His contributions have undoubtedly left a lasting impact on the brand and its audience.
